"Blitz2KSR.exe has stopped working" Error 

 

If Blitz2K crashes immediately after launch with a message similar to this one, try deleting the file "srDD_Software2.dll" from the Blitz2K folder.

When I had Windows 8, doing this allowed the game to start. Somehow, this issue seems to have resolved itself on Windows 10.
